I use traditional letterpress craft skills to hand-set lead and wood type to create unique designs. These are printed by hand on vintage printing presses.
I design and print cards and posters and also undertake commissions for bespoke projects: wedding invitations, Christmas cards, posters etc.
My workshop is a converted garage in a quiet Northamptonshire village, with red kites soaring above.
(Milvus Milvus is the scientific name for the red kite)

ARAB PLATEN PRESS
My 1905 foolscap platen press was fully restored in 2018. Printing is one colour at a time and is operated by foot treadle.
PROOF PRESS
My proof press is used for short run posters and bespoke items. It prints up to A3 size and is inked using hand rollers.
EQUIPMENT
The press is equipped with a large range of wood and lead type, printing ink, rollers and ancillary equipment.
